Tanner and Jolene, both Spokane-area natives and graduates of Deer Park and Mt. Spokane High Schools, first met in elementary school and later reconnected while attending college in Montana, where they each earned degrees in finance. After spending several years in the finance industry, they decided to pursue a more hands-on, service-driven path and purchased the business in 2025. With Tanner’s passion for the outdoors and Jolene’s love of cooking, they understand firsthand the importance of sharp knives and clean kitchens—values they bring to every customer they serve.
